5-5-11

Today was uneventful. Woke up, drove, stopped at Subway for lunch. (Roland we see why you always want to stop at Subway, they are everywhere!) We arrived at our park in time to set up, play on the playground and go for ice cream. The ice cream place was weird. Ice cream and burgers is normal enough, but this one had a grocery store inside. Not a full one just a few items, produce, frozen pizza, meat and tabasco (which I actually needed). When we got back to camp, a boy from down the way came over to see if jack wanted to play. Jack didn't even hesitate, he jumped up and said yes! Cody was a very nice 5 year old and they played nicely until dinner. After dinner, bed for the kiddos, and we actually get to sit outside to blog and relax for the first time in at least a week. There is no wind, it's actually warm and, well, except for the freeway right next to us, very calm.

It's kind of nice to be in a big city (Oklahoma City) because we don't feel like we are the weird ones. There is a bit more diversity. At least for Oklahoma. TTFN

Oh, for all of you following us at home we would love some comments or emails from you. We are starting to get a little friend lonely.

Hey kiddos,

Gee Whiz, Oklahoma looks swell.
"O-O-O-Oklahoma", where the wind goes rollin' down the plain. Where the grass grows high, the ..." You'll have to download the musical score of the play, there are some great car singin' songs that the kids might like to pass those long driving hours. So glad to hear that all are still well and happy, that makes me so happy! What fabulous experiences for Jack -- and you two, of course.
Love to see a new blog and photos - look for them every day. Kisses to all. Don't let Lucca forget me and my special love to Jack!

Love, Babette
